Player Registrations

This form should be used when registering your team into the league. You are required to enter the full names of all your players onto the form and submit this to the secretary of the league together with the registration fees (as stated at the Annual General Meeting)

Right click on the link below and choose "Save Target As..." or click the link to open up the file in a new browser window, where you will be able to save it to your computer.
